A short film about the joint efforts of WholeFoods and Nestlé Waters to improve recycling of water bottles.
Only 25% of all beverage bottles are currently recycled. As a company, Nestlé has committed to help increase recycling rates to 60% by the year 2018.
To do that, we have introduced bottles made from 25% recycled plastic, and to help educate people on the importance of recycling, we have formed a partnership with Green Ops, whose recycling stations are placed in stores.
By offering additional convenient locations where people can recycle their plastic bottles, we hope to encourage people to make a small difference – one bottle at a time.
