Nutrikid: nutrition, health and wellness for children
Nestlé Italia, in co-operation with the Nutrition Foundation of Italy and Giunti Progetti Educativi, has developed the educational kit  “I nutrikid e i segreti degli alimenti” (Nutrikids and the secrets of food): a nutrition educational project aimed at elementary school children between 9 and 10.
Nutrir, a food education programme
Nestlé Brazil developed the Nutrir food education programme to prevent both malnutrition and obesity among children and adolescents of lower-income families. Nutrir uses games to convey information about hygiene and healthy eating habits.
Supporting obesity-prevention programmes, EPODE 
The global prevalence of obesity, particularly among children, has dramatically increased over the last 20 years. Due to its many causes and influencing factors, a multi-stakeholder approach involving large-scale community and school-based initiatives is often required.

As weight control is a multi-faceted challenge, it requires a multi-faceted solution like Jenny Craig, the personalised weight management business. Jenny Craig hopes to change lives by addressing three areas critical to effective weight loss: food, body and mind.
