On Monday 7 September, Nestlé inaugurated The Chocolate Centre of Excellence in Broc, Switzerland. Part of Nestlé’s global R&D network, the Centre will bring together top chocolatiers, sensory experts and packaging designers to create the world’s finest and most innovative chocolate.
