With more than a billion unit sales a day, we have an unrivalled depth and breadth of expertise in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. In our Customer and Sales team we have a wide-ranging remit. As well as category and shopper management, customer relationships and route to market strategies, we manage field sales activities and our customer-facing supply chains. All of these areas are focused on delighting our consumers and making sure our products are in pristine condition at the point of purchase.

The opportunity

In career terms, there are enormous opportunities in our Customer and Sales team. The first thing to decide is where you join us. This could be as a Sales Analyst taking responsibility for sales trends analyses, as a Territory Sales Manager managing the field sales team and our field sales efforts, as a Key Account Specialist or as a Category Specialist helping shape our category strategies.

There really are a multitude of choices of where to begin – and an equal number of destinations to aim for. You could follow a customer engagement career path and focus on managing our relationships with customers. Perhaps your passion will become distribution networks. Or you may decide to move sideways into our Marketing team and then find your experience in both commercial areas is a springboard into general business management.
