Nestlé Professional boosted by US acquisition

Nestlé Professional North America has announced it will acquire US-based Vitality Foodservice Inc. accelerating its leadership in branded hot and cold non-carbonated beverage solutions within the out-of-home industry.

The transaction – which excludes the Vitality European manufacturing and distribution business – is subject to regulatory approval.  The acquisition price has not been disclosed.
