I have a 7 1/2 month old and still I have not had one night to sleep more than three hours straight. The thing is since my baby was born, I can't get my baby boy to sleep by himself. I have tried a warm teddy bear, a shirt with my scent on it. A clock, music and still nothing. He will sleep with himself during the day and when we go for road trips. I am sure its not hopeless, but a 3:00 in the morning, I wish there was magic blanket to comfort my baby - Mommy is getting very tired!
