Festive leg of goat

Every year my mom used to make roast leg of goat with me, my dad and my brother on Eid. We used to marinate the leg of the goat with yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice. We pricked the meat with forks one after another. It was so much fun. Afterwards my mom used to fry the whole leg with butter in the frying pan. It tastes great. It smells good and it tastes really really good. My mom is no more in this world, but I will remember those precious moments all through my life.
