When I was little, my sister and I helped my Mom make Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies. I have a vivid memory of mixing the squishy dough together in a huge white enameled metal tub with a black rim at the top. We must have made several batches at once because I recall plunging my hands down into the dough up to my elbows and squishing it through my fingers to mix it. To this day, I mix this dough together with my bare hands!
