Our Creating Shared Value report summarizes areas which have a significant current or potential impact on the company, are of significant concern to stakeholders and over which Nestlé has a reasonable degree of control.

Working with SustainAbility Ltd and using their best practice methodology, we undertook a systematic process to prioritize the issues deemed most critical to the company, drawing on the opinions of investors, civil society groups and the media, and then assessed them with Nestlé executives.
