Environmental Award in the Philippines

The Manila Water Corporation, in collaboration with the Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources and The National Water Resources Board, awarded Nestlé "The Environmental Guardian Award" in recognition of Nestlé’s conservation efforts of the country's groundwater resources. Nestlé’s water conservation programs and consistent reduction in usage of water per litre of product at Aurora Factory were amongst the key factors for this award.
