The Nature Conservancy

Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) has committed $US 1 million to The Nature Conservancy. This contribution was targeted to the Conservancy’s Sustainable Waters Program (SWP) for the development of new approaches to managing water resources for human needs, including drinking water and electricity, while protecting the health of the fresh water systems. Additionally, NWNA's support will help SWP build scientific capacity to develop water management practices, foster dialogues and training workshops, and show demonstration sites of ecologically-sustainable water management in practice. Recent demonstration sites in Virginia and Texas have produced innovative water conservation results.
