Nestlé Water Policy, “Water Resource Guidelines for Sustainable Management”

The company continually reviews and updates its set of standards for water resources management, which are consolidated into the global “Water Resource Guidelines for Sustainable Management”. These guidelines serve as a reference and standard for all managers whose decisions impact the use and sustainability of water resources in Nestlé Waters’ businesses. To further strengthen the water resources team, new roles have been created with “Water Resources Manager” responsible for business zones and a “Water Resources Champion” at the factory level. Together with external water experts, these managers build a powerful community of Nestlé water stewards driving internal benchmarking, knowledge transfer and continuous improvements in all aspects of water.
