Protecting the environment has always been very important to us. In the view of the Grand River Conservation Authority, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and the surrounding municipalities, our activities have had no impact on water conditions during periods of drought and non-drought since we started drawing water from the Hillsburgh well.

We have always complied with requests by authorities to voluntarily reduce water usage during drought situations. Nestlé Waters Canada is using less than 1% of available spring water in the Grand River subwatershed near Hillsburgh.
