It all begins with the consumer. Driven by a commitment to delight consumers, we make sure we fully understand who they are, what they do and why they do it. Insight and targeting are just the beginning, though. At the heart of all our brand activities is a single, powerful “Big idea”, supporting the brand vision and aligning all the internal and external stakeholders involved in delighting consumers. Great execution begins with planning. So we work with our Customer and Sales teams to achieve strong, functionally aligned plans that spark memorable executions.

The opportunity

With all these activities to our brief and with more than 2,000 leading brands to manage, our Marketing team is the place to be for brand-focused graduates. Not only will you be part of a team working with KitKat, Nesquik, Nescafé and other well-known brands and you’ll also have access to a wealth of opportunities. You could begin life as a marketing assistant or junior brand manager, or you could join us in consumer insight, or in marketing communications. You could move into commercial or general management as many of our business, market and country heads have done, or you could follow a more specialist route, for instance focusing on consumer insight.
