Nestlé Purina has announced that W. Patrick McGinnis will transition from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Purina PetCare for the Americas to Non-Executive Chairman starting from 1 January 2015.
McGinnis, with a Ralston Purina and Nestlé career that has spanned over 42 years, will be succeeded by Joseph R. Sivewright, who is currently President of Nestlé Purina PetCare North America.
