Nestlé UK launches new campaign for confectionery brand Rolo

 

Nestlé UK has launched a new campaign for confectionery brand Rolo, inspired by the chocolate’s original campaign and its iconic tagline “Do you love anyone enough to give them your last Rolo?”.

The campaign ran for more than 20 years, from 1980 to 2002.

More than a decade later, five new videos, exploring the tension between whether to eat your last Rolo or to share it with a loved one, have been created by up-and-coming filmmakers.

Set on a desert island, in space, in a long hot summer in the 1960s, at home and in the office, the videos are designed to appeal to a new generation of consumers using humour, drama and emotion.

The 77-year-old brand of chocolate is available in the UK, Canada, Germany and the Netherlands.
