Nestlé Italy has won an award for its Nestlé Needs YOUth Initiative. The programme won the best youth employment project in the 2014 Repubblica degli Stagisti Awards. The online youth employment portal annually awards the most innovative employment projects to help young people find work and kick-start their careers.
Nestlé Needs YOUth will offer job opportunities to 20,000 young people in Europe by 2016, with 1,000 of these roles in Italy.
