Click on the links below to find out exactly which pizzas are being recalled in your country, or call the number for consumer services in your country who can give you further information.

In Germany, Austria and the Benelux countries the pizzas being recalled have “best before” dates between March and November 2013.

In Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and Canada the pizzas being recalled have “best before” dates between June and November 2013.

We recalled the product batches after two consumers in Germany found a small piece of metal in the Backfrische pizza. We have not received any other similar complaints but to avoid any risk whatsoever to our consumers we have decided to recall the entire production of these two pizza varieties made in our German factory between June and November 2012.

The safety and quality of our products are a non-negotiable priority for the company. We sincerely apologise to our consumers and customers for any inconvenience caused by this voluntary recall.
