Irish R&D centre supports infant nutrition

Nestlé is investing more than EUR 25 million (CHF 27.3 million) to build an R&D centre in Askeaton, Ireland. The Wyeth Nutrition facility will develop new powdered milk-based products for infants and mothers.

The centre will include a laboratory and pilot manufacturing line. It will be built on the site of our existing infant formula factory, and is expected to open at the end of 2017.
