Where can I find out more about Nestlé's gluten-free products?
Gluten is a type of protein found in cereal plants like wheat, barley and rye. Some people are gluten intolerant, and eating foods with it in can trigger symptoms such as, for example, nausea and vomiting and digestive problems. Severe cases, which are rare, are known as celiac disease.
If you are gluten intolerant, then your diet should be made up of naturally gluten-free foods such as meat, fruit, vegetables, most dairy products, potatoes, rice and lentils.
