For more than 125 years, we've been guided by the belief that pets and people are better together. Our founder, William H. Danforth, chose the name PURINA to reflect his emphasis on the purity of quality products - a commitment we still hold today.
And after more than a century, we are still innovating. We have 500 scientists - including nutritionists, veterinarians, behaviourists, and food scientists around the world. Every last one is devoted to creating top-quality food using the best ingredients and finding innovative approaches to improve the lives of your beloved dogs and cats.
The PURINA corporate brand will continue to add value, differentiation and equity to every product and activity with which it is associated. The PURINA name, together with the Checkerboard logo, proudly endorses the Nestlé PURINA portfolio around the world. It remains a distinctive symbol of quality that consumers can trust creating richer lives for pets and the people who love them.
