You have a background in a key R&D-related discipline – everything from product development, nutrition and health, science and technology, and culinary through to regulatory or legal – and are motivated to drive innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Category-focused product and system development
Our category-specific research and development takes place at our Nestlé System Technology Center and Nestlé Product and Technology Centers (NPTCs). At these centers, our scientific discoveries are translated into products and technologies. Furthermore, we have regional innovation centers in China, India, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and North America to develop products that consider the local context, working in collaboration with the local innovation ecosystem.
