1904
World, prepare to meet the Drumstick cone
So it's the early 1900's. Ice cream bowls are everywhere. You're at the 1904 World's Fair slinging ice cream until, wait, no more bowls. What to do. You see a guy selling waffles at the next booth, and you think a crazy thought. Roll up a waffle, delicious scoop goes on top, boom. World, prepare to meet the Drumstick cone. Drumstick cone, prepare to meet the world.
1928
A happy accident
Drumstick Founder, I.C. Parker was eating an ice cream cone in a candy factory when the cone was accidentally dropped into a vat of chocolate. After being retrieved, it was placed on a peanut-covered counter. And the name? Well, it looked like a chicken drumstick. The rest is history.
2011
Super Nugget is born
The Drumstick inbox was flooded with requests for even more chocolatey nugget. And then came the tweets. We entered the lab, and created the Super Nugget - a cone deserving its name.
2021
That's a lot of nuts
A record-breaking 8,382,192 lbs. of peanuts were chopped and placed atop Drumstick cones. That's one peanut per second for approximately 97 days.
