We sold our Nestlé Waters North America business in the U.S. and Canada to One Rock Capital Partners in partnership with Metropoulos & Co. The new organization is now called BlueTriton Brands.
However, our international premium brands like Perrier, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are still available in the U.S. and Canada. Essentia Water, a premium functional water brand, is also part of the premium Waters portfolio of Nestlé USA.
