Cailler
Made in the heart of the Swiss Alps since 1819, Cailler is Switzerland's oldest chocolate brand. For each piece of chocolate made at Maison Cailler in Broc, we exclusively use Swiss sugar and fresh alpine milk from the region - blended with just a handful of carefully selected ingredients.
Cailler is one of the few chocolate brands in the world to use lightly condensed milk instead of milk powder. This milk is then added to the cocoa mass using our special method. It's this time-honored process that gives Cailler chocolate its unmistakable taste and uniquely smooth texture.
The cocoa used to produce Cailler is sourced from the Nestlé Cocoa Plan and is Rainforest Alliance certified following a mass balance approach. The 'mass balance' Rainforest Alliance certification demonstrates that we purchase a volume of certified cocoa equivalent to the volume used in your Cailler.
Quality Street
Every tin holds 12 delicious varieties, including milk chocolates, dark chocolates, and toffees. The Nestlé Cocoa Plan was launched back in 2009. It has engaged more than a 175 000 cocoa-farming families so far, building on our three pillars. Better farming, aiming to improve livelihoods in communities. Better lives, aiming to help cocoa families to enhance their social conditions. And Better cocoa, aiming to improve product cocoa traceability. Discover more on the Nestlé Cocoa Plan.
