Anna Manz is fascinated by consumer behaviour and making brands relevant for ever changing consumer needs, whilst empowering Nestlé's businesses to deliver through a sound financial framework.
She joined Nestlé S.A. in March 2024 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Anna came to Nestlé from London Stock Exchange Group PLC, a financial data and infrastructure business, where she was Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors from 2020 to February 2024. Prior to that, she worked for Johnson Matthey PLC as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. She has a global mindset, having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Ireland and Singapore and brings a breadth of experience around leading change across industries.
Anna is a Non-Executive Director of Astra Zeneca PLC (since 2023) and prior to that she spent seven years as a Non-Executive Director at the media company, ITV PLC.
Anna is a founding member of the mentoring scheme, NXT GEN Women in Finance. She is British, she has a masters degree in chemistry from Oxford University and accounting and treasury qualifications.
She is very committed to making change happen in a fast-paced environment and believes that growing talent and encouraging curiosity and experimentation is key to creating a learning culture.
