Anna Manz

Anna joined Nestlé S.A. in March 2024 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She has significant experience in Strategy, Finance and Control in different industries and geographies. She has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Ireland and Singapore. She has broad industry experience, including 20 years in consumer, as well as time in specialty chemicals and financial services.

Anna came to Nestlé from London Stock Exchange Group PLC, a financial data and infrastructure business, where she was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors from 2020 to February 2024. Previously she was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Johnson Matthey PLC for over four years, leading its Finance, Procurement, and IT functions. Before this, Anna spent 17 years at Diageo PLC in several senior finance roles and as Chief Strategy Officer.

Anna is committed to supporting inclusive development of future finance leaders. She worked with seven other leading female CFOs from across Europe to create the mentoring scheme NXT GEN Women in Finance which is now in its third year. Creating an environment where everyone can fulfill their potential is a passion for her inside and outside of Nestlé.

Anna is a Non-Executive Director of Astra Zeneca PLC (since 2023) and prior to that she spent seven years as a Non-Executive Director at the media company, ITV PLC.

Anna is British, she has a masters degree in chemistry from Oxford University and accounting and treasury qualifications.
