Nestlé has announced it will extend its activities to include the field of specialised medical skin treatments through the creation of Nestlé Skin Health S.A.
The new wholly-owned subsidiary will offer a broad range of innovative and scientifically-proven products, responding to consumer needs and building on our strengths as a science-based nutrition, health and wellness company.
L’Oréal’s 50% stake in Galderma will be transferred to Nestlé as part of a transaction in which Nestlé sells part of its shareholding in L’Oreal. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals.
