Nestlé Jamaica Ltd. to divest its locally manufactured dairy business

Today, Nestlé Jamaica has announced the signing of a strategic agreement to sell its locally manufactured dairy business to Musson International Dairies Ltd.

The divestment includes Nestlé’s Supligen and Betty  brands, as well as the manufacturing and distribution facilities at the Bybrook factory. The approximately 130 concerned employees will be offered employment in the new organisation.
