Nestlé to create a 50-50 joint venture with Korean conglomerate

Nestlé Korea has announced that it has agreed to form a joint venture with the LOTTE Group, a leading Korean conglomerate, to be called LOTTE-Nestlé (Korea) Co. Ltd.
