Pursuant to the Swiss Stock Exchange Act, if a person or group subject to the disclosure obligations reaches, falls below or exceeds the threshold of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 33 1/3%, 50% or 66 2/3% of the voting rights in Nestlé S.A. (whether or not such voting rights may be actually exercised), the person or group must notify Nestlé S.A. and the SIX Swiss Exchange.
