Between now and 2050, the world’s population is expected to rise to 9.2 billion, demanding a 60% increase in global food production.
The 13th Nestlé International Nutrition Symposium held on 27 and 28 October 2016 brought together leading experts to discuss the importance of ‘Nourishing the World’, the theme of the event.
The two-day symposium at the Nestlé Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, explored worldwide food security, sustainable agricultural growth and the future for health and food.
