Nestlé announced that it has increased its ownership stake in IVC Evidensia (IVC), which has shown strong growth over the last years. Nestlé remains a minority shareholder of IVC.
Nestlé Purina PetCare EMENA (Europe, Middle East, North Africa) and IVC will continue their partnership to help deliver advanced pet food solutions and first-class pet care services.
Established in 2011, IVC is a leading veterinary services provider with a network of more than 1,500 clinics and hospitals and approximately 22,000 employees across Europe. More than three million pet owners access its services.
This agreement is subject to customary regulatory approvals. No terms of this agreement will be disclosed.
