We list major allergens present in a food (even if only in small quantities) on our ingredients lists, in line with local legislation and our strict internal rules. This is to help you make informed choices.
In cases where we can rule out ‘cross contact’ with a major allergen, we add ‘may contain [allergen]’ to our food labels after the ingredients list, as a precaution.
If you do suffer from allergies, make sure you check our ingredients lists and precautionary statements, before buying any Nestlé food product.
Please visit your local Nestlé website for more information on avoidance lists.
