Sanjay Bahadur is a Deputy Executive Vice President at Nestlé, where he is Head of Group Strategy and Business Development. He looks after organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including portfolio management, the identification and execution of M&A transactions, and external partnerships and licensing agreements.
Sanjay has been with Nestlé for more than 40 years, with experience working in India, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Türkiye, and China. He has held various roles within the Finance function, including CFO of the Greater China Region.
Sanjay represents Nestlé on the Board of Froneri Lux Topco Sàrl, Luxemburg. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Imperial College Business School, London.
