Stephanie has extensive manufacturing, supply chain and procurement experience, combined with leadership and customer service experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry. She is focused on operational excellence at Nestlé to deliver exceptional and sustainable production across its whole supply chain.
She strongly believes in cultural diversity, open engagement, higher productivity, collaborative teamwork and efficiency.
Stephanie is passionate about contributing to solutions to global challenges by leveraging forward-thinking and conscientious manufacturing and supply chain innovations at all stages of the value chain.
She joined Nestlé in 1995 in Production Management for Friskies Pet Care with Nestlé USA. She worked as an Engineer and an Operations Manager in the division, before heading Nestlé’s factory sites in California for Confectionery, and Missouri for Pet Care. In 2007, she was transferred to Nestlé’s headquarters in Switzerland as Program Director at Nestlé S.A.’s International Training and Learning Center, before returning to the US to head Operations for Nestlé Nutrition. In 2013, she moved to Australia as Executive Director of Technical and Production. In 2016, Stephanie was appointed as Vice President of Manufacturing for Confectionery, Global Foods and Ice Cream at Nestlé USA.
In 2018, Stephanie moved to head global operations at Beyond Meat, based in California, and then served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Warby Parker in New York from 2021. She rejoined Nestlé in July 2023 as Deputy Head of Operations.
In November 2023, Stephanie was appointed as Executive Vice President of Nestlé S.A. in charge of Operations. She is responsible for Procurement, Nestrade, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Safety and Health, Quality Management, Engineering, Agriculture, ESG, as well as Sustainability and Operations strategies. Stephanie is also responsible for providing Nestlé test and trial opportunities for future business development through cost-effective integrated trading solutions.
Since 2022, Stephanie is a member of the TraceLink's Board of Directors. In March 2024, Stephanie was appointed to the Zero100 Advisory Board.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and an Executive Master of Business Administration. She also completed the Mastering Technology Enterprises program at IMD Lausanne in Switzerland.
